Since joining the Pittsburgh Opera and Ballet Orchestras in 1987, Ms. Tuttle has become both a prolific performer and prominent teacher in Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Tuttle plays on a Phillip Injeian custom-built cello made in Pittsburgh, dated 2007, and an Arcus Cadenza carbon-fiber bow.
